Arazi incelenerek vaziyet plan\u0131 ve topo\u011frafik harita \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r. Ard\u0131ndan tasar\u0131m s\u00fcreci ba\u015flar. \u0130\u015fverenin istekleriyle harmanlanan teknik ve tecr\u00fcbe sonucunda g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn \u015fartlar\u0131yla uyumlu, kullan\u0131\u015fl\u0131 ve ergonomik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r. Arazinin g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131k miktar\u0131ndan, r\u00fczgar\u0131n esi\u015f y\u00f6n\u00fcne kadar t\u00fcm fakt\u00f6rler g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak eskiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan tablo de\u011ferlendirilir ve kullan\u0131m konforunu bozmaks\u0131z\u0131n uygun tasar\u0131ma ula\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

R\u00f6leve ve detay \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleri al\u0131n\u0131rarak i\u015fverenin b\u00fct\u00e7e ve isteklerine en uygun \u015fekilde alternatif proje ve g\u00f6rseller haz\u0131rlan\u0131r. Konsept projenin i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan onaylanmas\u0131 ile beraber uygulama ve detay projeleri haz\u0131rlanarak uygulama i\u015flemine ba\u015flan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
